Projects

Our Work

As we've come to understand, relying solely on government initiatives isn't enough to address the challenges faced by underprivileged primary school children and rural women. That's why we've taken it upon ourselves to actively engage in rural and school activities throughout the year, extending a helping hand where it's needed most. Nipa Patel stands as our dedicated field worker, tirelessly championing our cause with the invaluable support of trustees, advisors, friends, volunteers, and experts. Through the power of social media, we've forged connections across the globe, fostering a strong donor community committed to making a difference. Whether operating within the political sphere under BJP or partnering with RIL CSR initiatives, our mission remains the same: 'Seva', or selfless service. Here's a glimpse into just a few of the projects we've undertaken;

Mission Shoes

Currently, we're deeply engaged in an ongoing project aimed at providing 45,000 pairs of new shoes and socks to rural school children. Recognizing that many of these children are unfamiliar with wearing shoes, we've implemented a comprehensive training program to teach them not only how to put on and walk in their new footwear but also how to care for them properly. As part of this initiative, we organized a grand celebrity catwalk event, where these children showcased their newfound confidence with pride. It's more than just footwear; it's about empowering these young minds and instilling a sense of self-assurance that will serve them well in all aspects of their lives.

Sanitary Pad Project

Under the auspices of the BJP, we initiated a significant project focused on distributing sanitary pads and providing guidance, aptly named 'Masikchakra Samvad'. This endeavor has seen the distribution of over four lakh pads to date, with the initiative still ongoing. The project aims not only to address the immediate need for menstrual hygiene products but also to foster open dialogues surrounding menstrual health and well-being. Through 'Masikchakra Samvad', we're not just providing pads; we're sparking conversations and empowering women to prioritize their health and hygiene.

Clean Nation

The Mega Mission Clean Anand project, spearheaded by IIID, embarked on a transformative journey by installing c-pods on the streets. Beyond mere infrastructure, the project aimed to instill deep-rooted moral values and lifelong manners through a simple yet powerful mantra: 'My Clean School, My Clean Street, My Clean Home, My Clean Village, My Clean Nation'. From the very first day of school, these ideals are ingrained into the minds and hearts of every student, fostering a sense of responsibility and pride in maintaining cleanliness not just in their immediate surroundings, but extending it to their broader community and nation. It's a holistic approach that not only enhances the physical landscape but also cultivates a culture of civic duty and collective responsibility.

Dignity By Uniform

Our journey began with a distribution project that has continued annually, reaching approximately 100,000 beneficiaries to date. Recognizing the profound impact of a good uniform, which instills qualities of antiquity, responsibility, harmony, and discipline across various sectors, we've prioritized its provision, particularly in schools where it is most needed. Alongside uniforms, we also extend support by providing essential items such as shoes, sweaters, school bags, and more, ensuring that students have all they need to thrive in their educational journey. It's about more than just clothing; it's about equipping individuals with the tools and confidence they need to succeed.
